MAB Interview: Media Analyst Tanya Gordiienko in Ukraine
The eyes of the world are on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The images and stories being shared are the direct result of journalists – particularly broadcast journalists – who are putting their lives on the line to document what is happening on the ground.
Tanya Gordiienko is a media analyst for Ukraine’s Lede and is following the work of journalists covering the invasion. She spoke with MAB President Sam Klemet from Ukraine about what is happening, the role of broadcast journalists both in Ukraine and in the United States in covering the invasion, and how broadcasters here can help their counterparts in the Ukraine.
