WHTS-FM Welcomes Jordan Lass; Extends Rachael Gray Agreement

RadioInsight reports that Cumulus Media's WHTS-FM (Grand Rapids) has hired Jordan Lass as Assistant Program Director and afternoon host. Lass most recently was Brand Manager and afternoon host at WZOX-FM (Kalamazoo). The publication notes that Lass began his career in 2016 at Liggett Communication's WBTI-FM/WHLS-AM in Port Huron.  He later served as PD and afternoon host at iHeartMedia’s Top 40 KOSY-FM (Cedar Rapids, IA) and KSXA-FM (Des Moines, IA).

Jackie Green, who moved from mornings to afternoons in January, will continue to host weekends at WHTS and remains in middays at sister WLAV-FM.

In other news from Cumulus/Grand Rapids, its reported that the company has re-signed WHTS-FM morning host/WTNR-FM midday host Rachael Gray to a contract extension. Gray has been with WHTS-FM since 2012, adding WTNR midday duties in 2020.

Rachael has been a driving force for both Cumulus Media Grand Rapids and 105.3 HOT FM for the past 13 years. To be able to continue this success for the foreseeable future makes me very happy!”
